Fun and challenging, this project began with what was essentially a black and white illustration of a dragon that I was tasked with coloring for a t-shirt design. I digitally painted the dragon in Photoshop before spending a ton of time following tutorials on how to work with brushes and create realistic fire and smoke in Photoshop.
